This fashion sport - that originates from Finland - spreaded quickly to many tourist regions. Nordic Walking is a training that employs the whole body, organism and requires persistence. It is a 100% stamina sport. With use of the sticks not just the legs, but also the upper part of the body joins to the work intensively, so it demands 90% of our body’s muscles. If using the proper technique, the muscles of the arms, shoulder, neck and back will be set in action.

Aqua fitness is organised every Saturday from 16:00 in the swimming pool.
